To make an initial enquiry on availability for hire, please complete the details below and click the Send button to email your enquiry.
We will get back to you to discuss availability and the other details needed to hire the hall.
Note the Community Hall currently holds a Premises Licence, subject to specified restrictions, that permits the hirer to carry on Regulated Activities of Entertainment between 08:00 hrs and 23:00 hrs and the provision of hot food between 23:00 hrs and 24:00 hrs on any day.
Regulated entertainment includes the showing of films, videos or slides, the playing of recorded or live music, entertainment dancing and certain sporting activities. Please speak to the Booking Secretary if you think you are likely to carry on a Regulated Activity, as we need to record this accurately. When there are any Regulated Activities the responsible person is required to take suitable and adequate steps to:
- Prevent Public disorder
- Ensure the safety of the public
- Protect children and young persons from harm
- Prevent loud noise that might disturb the neighbours.
